World record Long Rider Gene Glasscock saw Simon and said, "If I was going on another ride, I'd take Simon in a minute. I'd pack him the first thousand miles and ride him the rest."
Simon is available for reassignment as his original adopter didn't meet compliance requirements. Simon is currently being held by LRTC for BLM. Simon has been adopted! |

Buddy (ID No. 01589012) is another fairly good sized 5 year old sorrel gelding. Buddy is the most sensitive of the group of geldings brought in for the workshop and got picked on a bit by the other big geldings. He was a little bit of a loner that liked to follow people around. Trainer Tony Sumner agreed to take Buddy in for some additional training and Buddy has done great! View Buddy's training.
Buddy is available for the standard BLM adoption fee of $125.00. BLM adoption requirements apply. For more information please contact Betty Retzer at betty@whmentors.org or phone 775.629.9197. |

Ruben Slape writes:
"Due to my age and medical problems I have to sell two wonderful titled BLM mustangs. "Gabbi, a mare, was foaled in 1995 and adopted 1997. She is very gentle, ground broke, has never offered to kick or bite. She's a beautiful sorrel and built like a QH. "Reno, a gelding, was foaled 1996 and adopted 1998. He is as gentle as Gabbi but built chunky and short, a stocky fellow with a wide back. Reno has been placed! "Both are healthy, slick and fat, running on acres of pasture since I owned them." Gabbi's and Reno's pictures and history can be seen in the KBR Mustang and Burro Gallery. Vicky is a light bay mare with paint splashes on her legs that stands close to 15HH. She's less dominant than the others, prefering to remain in the middle of the group, but she's not overly spooky and will play when the others play. Vicky is adopted. |
