Rope & Halter Kit

This information sheet is primarily intended for persons associated with or working with the LRTC Emergency Response Team, however the information may be useful to other groups or private individuals who may wish to similarly equip a support unit or who may need to utilize the resources available from LRTC's Emergency Response Team.

We have extra halters, leads and personal safety equipmet stored in kits for rapid deployment. (The personal lifelines are used when working in flooded areas. They are reserved for personal use only. Utility lines are used for securing objects and for other "utility" purposes.)

  Kit Inventory

  • Personal safety line, tube webbing and carabiners

  • 5 halters and leads (various size halters)

  • 50 foot polyester utility line

  • Spare gloves
