  RESCUE CLIP

Updated March 8, 2019

The Rescue Clip is actually a system that consists of a telescoping pole, a clip that holds a carabiner, a carabiner and a thin rope.

It is designed so that the pole can be extended and the clip hooked onto the halter of a horse that is avoiding the rescuer or in a position where it is not safe to directly attach a halter lead.

When the pole is drawn back, the clip comes off and the horse is now secured by the rope.

Rescue Clips are carried on Rescue-1 and Rescue-2.

The Rescue Clip is stowed on the left inside sidewall in Rescue-1.

The Rescue Clip is stowed on the left inside sidewall in Rescue-3.
