CONSTRUCTION NETTING Updated March 7, 2019 Construction netting (sometimes called snow fencing) is commonly used to help contain and move horses. On Rescue-1 the construction netting is stored in tubes in the left front area. On Rescue-3 the construction netting is stored atop the shelves.
