Wild Horse Crossing is an
amazing collection of fresh, wild horse related music
performed by Lacy J. Dalton and her talented musical friends
that include
- Steven Earl Swinford
- Robert "Skip" Dees
- Richard Elloyan
- Beans Sousa
- Bruce Knowlton
- John Tyson
- David John and
the Comstock Cowboys
Lacy J. and Steven Earl performed some of these songs at Wild Horse Workshop 2000
and they are awesome!
These folks know what wild horses are all about. Lacy J. took in the infamous
wild stud "Comstock Mackay," who no matter how often he was captured and no matter
how far the Nevada authorities went to "relocate" him, always managed to return to
jump fences and break into pastures in order to "visit" local domestic mares.
Mack, now freed of his hormonal urges, is a happy (we believe spoiled) member
of Lacy's and Aaron's "family."
All of the artists donated their time and talent so that all proceeds beyond
actual production costs could be donated to the 501(c)(3) wild horse groups that are
participating in this program. Not only is this album a "must have" for every
wild horse lover, but it makes a great holiday gift where nearly all of the money you
spend actually goes to help wild horses.
