An official recording of NV Director of Agriculture Tony Lesperance lying to the Nevada State Legislature. Among his most notable lies were a false statement that the Inmate Horse Training Program was a "complete failure" (the program expanded its capabilities by 50% and still brought in record adoption fees,) that the non-profit groups were involved in selling horses to slaughter (misdirection since he was the one slipping horses to the kill buyers) and touting a horse group that was involved in his "questionable" dealings including the Oregon horse dumping incident.
