Horses on Highways

Please Note: When reporting horses or other livestock on public highways the following information is critically important: the exact location of the horses (highway number or street name and closest cross street or highway mileage marker number,) the time the animals were observed, how many animals were observed and the direction that they appeared to be traveling. DON'T try to move horses near, on or across any highway without assistance from law enforcement, animal services, NDoT or trained and experienced large animal volunteers!
