Notes:

  • Actual schedule and content may be adjusted according to the needs of the class.

  • Rest breaks will occur as needed, as dictated by the weather and the attention span of participants and horses.

  • This will be an interactive program where participants are encouraged to work with each other in order to gain the broadest exposure to the applications of clicker training.

  • If you wish to ride through the advanced obstacles and in the cow cutting module, you must wear an appropriate helmet.

  • Participants are encouraged to complete the downloadable survey form (which you can copy and paste to an email) where you can indicate which specific training areas or problems interest you most. We will make reasonable attempts to incorporate such issues into the program where it is feasible to do so. The survey form will also allow you to indicate any special dietary needs which you may have with respect to meals that you may be partaking in.

  • Participants are encouraged to complete and sign the downloadable release forms and bring them to the workshop registration desk. This will speed the registration process and help get the workshop started on time.
